    1:1 Training and 1:2:3 Partner Training

    Sessions may emphasize strength, cardio, balance, flexibility and cognition training.

    Alternative modalities may be employed to meet your needs including yoga, chair yoga and  aqua fitness.

  • Rehabilitation

    Aileen welcomes partnering with your physical therapist and/or healthcare provider to bring your rehabilitation program to your home. Aileen sees this on-going partnership as the key to your rehabilitation.

  • Sports Specific Training

    Aileen develops programs specific to individual sports which may include: golf, tennis, pickle ball, horseback riding, running and swimming.

    Focusing on your sports specific movements can improve your balance, agility, endurance, mobility and the enjoyment of your game!

  • Yoga

    Aileen teaches beginning yoga for stretching, balance, endurance, breath work and meditation

    Chair yoga offered.

  • Health/Wellness Coaching

    Aileen takes an integrative and holistic approach to your health, looking beyond food to consider areas of your life that may require nourishment, including your career, physical activity, and relationships. Goals may include: weight loss, sleep and energy improvement as well as prioritizing self-care, and healthier relationships.
