    That’s why Aileen specializes in coaching menopausal women. If you’re struggling with unexplained weight gain, poor sleep, fatigue and low energy, digestive issues, stiff achy joints, mood swings, and hot flashes,  Aileen can help. 

    She partners with you to design a program of hope. Together you’ll navigate the challenges of menopause through a multi-pronged approach which may include: fitness, nutrition, health & wellness coaching, yoga and meditation.

    Aileen meets you where you are and empathetically guides you towards the tools that help you get through menopause.. Aileen’s hope is that you’ll have an a-ha moment where you realize you’re yet to live your best life!

  • Aileen welcomes partnering with your physical therapist and healthcare provider to support your rehabilitation program at home. 

    Many clients attribute their successful rehab outcomes to having Aileen on their team, holding them accountable and guiding  them through their rehab programs at home.

    Sports Specific Training may be the answer for you!

    Aileen develops programs that complement your  sport. This may include: golf, tennis, pickle ball, horseback riding, running and swimming.

    Focusing on the specific movements of your sport and the motor skills necessary to play, can improve your balance, agility, endurance, mobility and the enjoyment of your game!

  • Aileen is an Original Hot Yoga Teacher and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. Aileen teaches Original Hot Yoga (Bikram Style), Flow Yoga, and Beginning Yoga for stretching, balance, endurance, meditation and breath work.

    Chair Yoga is also an option.

  • Aileen takes an integrative and holistic approach to your health, looking beyond food to consider areas of your life that may require nourishment, including your career, physical activity, and relationships. Goals may include: weight loss, sleep and energy improvement as well as prioritizing self-care, and healthier relationships.

    As a certified holistic coach, Aileen can help empower you to better health by providing a safe space to explore all aspects of your well-being.
